Need help combining multiple tables into one.

Hello,

I need help in combining multiple tables into one.

Below are my sample tables.

I need to generate a new table like below. I need the 1st column to be the title of the table where the data came from and the second column being the "Name" from the 3 tables I have.

    Hi Anonymous ,

Please try to create a new table with below dax formula:

    Table =
    VAR tmp1 =
        SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table1, "Table", "Table 1", "Name", [Name] )
    VAR tmp2 =
        SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table2, "Table", "Table 2", "Name", [Name] )
    VAR tmp3 =
        SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table3, "Table", "Table 3", "Name", [Name] )
    RETURN
        UNION ( tmp1, tmp2, tmp3 )

Please refer the attached .pbix file.
