Please try to create a new table with below dax formula:
Table = VAR tmp1 = SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table1, "Table", "Table 1", "Name", [Name] ) VAR tmp2 = SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table2, "Table", "Table 2", "Name", [Name] ) VAR tmp3 = SELECTCOLUMNS ( Table3, "Table", "Table 3", "Name", [Name] ) RETURN UNION ( tmp1, tmp2, tmp3 )Please refer the attached .pbix file.

Once you import each table in Power Query, use Append Query as new option. See this video as a reference: How to COMBINE DATA with MERGE and APPEND in Power BI (youtube.com)
