HI Muniba,

What version of power bi desktop are you worked? have you try to update to the latest version to confirm if this scenario still appears? Perhaps you can check the limitation list of Q&A visual if helps:

Limitations of Power BI Q&A - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

In addition, you can also consider to open ticket to report this scenario to power bi team. (submit ticket is free for pro and above license)

Thank you for your response. I'm currently using version 2.128.952.0 64-bit (April 2024), and I've noticed that data limitations are not being applied to the dataset. One thing I've observed is that when the data is structured like this:

 

date   issue 1  issue 2  issue 3  issue 4  issue 5


the visual representations like line charts or bar charts are generated properly.


However, I'm currently working with a dataset structured like this:

 

date    issue
--        issue 1
---       issue 1
---       issue 2


And the issue I've raised pertains to this dataset structure.
