Need help: PowerBI dataset refresh date not in sync with the updated datarows

My PowerBI dataset is updated through azure pipeline. The refresh date is not getting updated as and when the datarows of the dataset are updated. Refresh date always show the date on which the dataset was first created.

Can I get some help here? Is this how is it?
