Need help - Custom Axis on Bullet Chart

I currently need help displaying custom values on the axis rather than default axis values on bullet chart.

This Bullet Chart is a custom visual developed by Microsoft, so I would suggest that you create an idea for this particular change to see if the team will address. It would need to be a change to the custom visual code to achieve what you want.
