Need a stacked clustered column chart

Power BI doesn't currently offer a built-in (core) visual that combines both clustered and stacked column charts.
To achieve this, you have two main options:
Custom Visuals: Download a specialized visual from the AppSource (as seen in your screenshot). Options like Multi-Axis Chart or dedicated Stacked and Clustered visuals are designed for this exact purpose.
The Workaround: Follow the method in the video. This involves using a standard Stacked Column chart and adding "dummy" blank rows to your data to create the visual gaps between the clusters.
Both are valid solutions; the choice depends on whether you prefer using a third-party visual or manually adjusting your data structure.

You can achieve this using Infographic Designer visual, It is developed by Microsoft and its certified by them. The good thing is it is free to use.
