Need Urgent support- My post is getting rejected automatically

Since, I am new here please help me with this concern.
I have been following all the guidlines and community rules while posting the new query. but still all of mine post and getting reject:
While Uploading the .pbix file and sample excel file were also not allowed to upload. is there any specific reason?
Actually I want a quick help which will save my lot of time so I need to make sure my query is visible ASAP.
