Need Sample Reports for ITSM Data

Question

Hi Guys, I need your help as I am going to work on ITSM reports I need samples reports for my reference having some advance visualization. Screenshot will also work please share Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Incident SLA, Task SLA ect. type of reports screenshots. IT would be very helpful for me.
