Need Relative Date in hours Filter at Page level

Hi,

The filters work very well at page level, but for "Relative Date" it doesn't go down to hours and decimals also don't work.  Does anyone know how and where to apply an "hours" based filter anywhere for all data in a page full of graphs and tables?

@miguelsus2000 , refer if relative time slicer in April 2020 release or relative date slicer can help
