Need Help with visuals not displaying the correct numbers

As the title says I am having trouble with my visuals not displaying the correct numbers. The 1st screenshot (highlighted yellow) shows the numbers hightlighted, the second screenshot (highlighted blue) is not showing those same values. 

These are taken from two different PBI reports that are linked to the same data source. As you can see the other values match but not the highlighted ones. I have tried everything I could think of, has anyone else experienced this?

These values are not coming from DAX measures they are coming straight from data.

Have both reports been refreshed at the same time, and can you confirm if the data source itself has been updated between these refreshes?
Could you check and confirm if there are any filters, slicers, or different configurations applied to the visuals or report pages that might affect the displayed data?
