Need Help with SUM DAX and Adding up Data

Hi, new to Power Bi and come across a problem with suming up the data.

I was try to add 2 column of the sum of each line of Q1 session used and Q2 session used (Q1 and Q2 separately, and there are also Q3 and Q4) but not sure how to write the measure. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!
