Need Help with Power BI Chart : New to the tool

Hi, 

I need to create a chart as attached below where orange line represent prior year result. Grey line represent current year result. Blue horizontal line is the target. The blue bars are the percentage change between prior year's month and present year month.

I have created the line charts and the target but i am unable to achieve the bar chart in same graph. Please help me with the same.

try using the visual : clustered bar and line chart 

you can set the lines on one y axis and the bar on the second y axis.
