Need Help on Radar Chart In power BI

Hi, I'm new to Power BI. 

I know how to plot radar chart with fixed datalabels and fixed values which are in arranged in 7 rows and 3 columns. But I got stuck up where I have values are in a  single row at seven different columns. 

It would be great if anyone can help me to

 1. plot radar chart with values are in different columns 

2. Else, kindly suggest a better solution to move or copy values from one table to another table and have it in single as required
