Need Help on Product Dimension

Hello BI community, 

I'm seeking some advice on wrong data return, I have problem with my product dimensions where it return wrong product code and category  for the order.  I create sale table view in SSMS and the use that table to create another view call products dimension, which I put condition to creat category. I import that product table to Power bi and created index as productID then merged  to fact sale table, then use productID as relationships, but the product and category keep changing and missed match to the original order product after refreshing data set. I wonder how could I fix the problem or what has happened? Thank you.
