Need Help on Dax date measure

Hello People,

I have two columns in my dataset, one is [Date] and another is [Filing date].

I am looking for a dax formula which would return value based on following condition:

  If [Filing date] < 11th day of Next month considering [Date] column then True else False.

For Example, if my date column is 18th April 2022 & my filing date coloumn is on or before 11th May 2022 then the result would be True  and If filing date column is on or after 12th May then the result would be false.
