Need Help: Monthly Target Line for Line and Cluster Column Chart

I am struggling to have my Monthly Target line show properly on a Line and Cluster column chart. It will only show as a flat line, instead of what I am trying to get which is monthly target line that...

    Hi bodorsey11 ,

     

    Please try this formula:

    NY Monthly Targets =
CALCULATE (
    MAX ( 'NY Monthly Target'[Planned Target] ),
    FILTER (
        ALLSELECTED ( 'NY Monthly Target' ),
        'NY Monthly Target'[Date].[Month] = SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Calendar'[Date].[Month] )
    )
)
