Need Help: How to use rank function, how the result show 1... Thanks

Dear all,

I used different measures to create one scliers. When I select each measure, then filter to single person. I want to show the rank of that person. I do not know why all the rank show 1 do matter which measure/person I filtered to.  Below is my dax function for rank:

SWICH_RANKING = sumx(ADDCOLUMNS(d_users,"rank_column",RANKX(d_users,[Measure Value_Actual Number])),[rank_column])

* [Measure Value_Actual Number] is the slicer I created for different measures, Below is the dax function:
Measure Value_Actual Number = SWITCH(
                            MIN('Measure Filter'[Number]) ,
                            --------------------------------------
                            1,[Count_Sessions_Scheduled],
                            2,[Count_Held_Sessions],
                            3,[Count_A1_Assessment_Held],
                            4,[Count_Assigned_Cases],
                            5,[Count_Completed_Cases],
                            6,[Count_Sessions_Cancel/Missing]
                            )
