Need Help For Matrix Ordering after applying % Calculation based on parent row

Hi Guy's, Im Trying to order my row, after applying Percentage Calculation based on Parent row..

But when calculation result is applied to the value the row ordering is get disturbed and when i removed the ordering it will give me the result but without order...

Please help..
