Need Help Finding MSI Installer for Power BI
Hello everyone,
I'm facing a challenge with installing Power BI on my desktop. Due to our security policy, .EXE files are blocked, but MSI files are allowed. I'm struggling to find an MSI installer version of Power BI. Does anyone know if such a version exists or how I might obtain it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't it be more ideal to get IT to assist you, if you are using Power BI? as far as I know there isn't an msi file.
however in the microsoft documentation it says you can convert it, however that probably requires you to download it first.

Thanks for your suggestion. In fact, we installed the 2021 version of Power BI as it was available in .msi format, which is compatible with our current system configuration. Our IT department is working to resolve this issue so that we can install the latest version of Power BI in .exe format. Your idea on how to set up an automatic download from the Microsoft Store is interesting will be taken into consideration once we solve the problem of installing .exe.
