Need Dax

Hi All,

I need one help in design Dax. I'm trying to set RLS such that from single department or team, one team lead data can be visible or accesible to another team lead. 

for e.g. If team name is - Finance and it contain 4 lead's they can see each other team member performance view..

Can anyone help in this please..

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
