Need DAX formula for New Report

Belindah_0-1713211163417.png

I am trying to create a card that will show the total money spent from the sum of the Device Cost column when we enter numbers in the # of Devices Installed column. I currently have a formula that is providing the sum of the Device Cost column on a card, but I can't figure out how to calculate this card. The cost per device would be $710.86 out of $3,110,129. Is there a way to do this?

I actually figured it out. Sorry, my explanation was more complicated than it needed to be. I Just needed to multiply the numbers entered in one column by $710.86 to get what I needed. I was overthinking it. I used this:

Total Y Cost = CALCULATE(SUM('table'[# of Devices Installed])*710.86)

Hi @Belindah ,

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.

Thanks for your efforts & time in advance.
