I've observed that the new dataflow (PowerPlatform.Dataflows) connector is not the connector selected when I choose Get data --> Power BI dataflows from the menu options in Power BI Desktop (not in Power Query). If this is the new, preferred connector why is it not chosen in this menu path?
I also thought that the ‘Power BI Dataflows’ connector was to be renamed to ‘Power BI Dataflows (Legacy)’ connector and eventually removed from the ‘Get Data’ menu. The connector hasn't been renamed and is causing confusion as to which one should be used.
What is the path forward with the dataflow connectors.
Thanks
