Need Assistance

Hi Everyone,

I want to create a dax formula that will determine what tenure in days that the agent were able to achieved the proficiency level. Passing rate is >=90% and it s/b in two consecutive weeks. Just like the below image the ones highlighted in green, only 3 agents were able to achieved the proficiency level in two consecutive weeks. I only want to get the "tenure in days" in the second week. Refer to the below screen shot.
