Anonymous , I added a blank button. Enabled action and Choose Type -> Web Url

and given web URL -https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/list/dashboards

Tested on desktop, not tested on power bi service. It open workspace page

Anonymous , Try to give URL to open in button and check. Change the first part of URL based on your URL

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/list/dashboards

Don' tunderstand do you have a workign example or video..

  OK - Agree.. the issue is that each time you click on the URL link a new tab opens up. Can we stop that???

    Anonymous , seem like power bi default url with _blank, means new window
