Hi Moniek ,
I would suggest creating an 3 apps in Power BI Service and have specific 15 tab added to each app. In that way you can use the app that is most helpful for the time being.
The app has an in built navigation bar on the left side .

pratyashasamal thanks for your answer,. The option described in the link is well known. Since it is 3*15 tabs, it does become a very long list. For example, is there an option to create three different navigation lists?
