Hi,
I am trying to make a navigational table which includes steps of a proces say.
The table looks a bit like this:
Details of step in proces | Number of workitems |
add information to new applicants | 1 |
Plan first call | 6 |
Fill in evaluation forms | 2 |
Plan second call | 0 |
In my 10 out of 10 solution I want to select a row and directly navigate to a bookmark.
The table should show only workitems > 0 and can be sorted by the number of workitems.
The Navigator botton therefore does not meet my demands.
Drillthrough navigation comes a bit closer, I can get over the need of a extra botton to confirm my selection but sadly as far I could find drillthrough still only works with page navigation and not bookmarks. This would force me to make a lot of pages which would also show in my standard navigation on every other page.
A other potential solution might have been to use url to navigate is impossible due to my dashboard being embedded on a website with RLS in place.
I welcome anyone who has some tips to help me out.

Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, drill through will work between pages instead of bookmarks. The Navigator bookmark botton doesn't support measure filter, so we couldn't hide bottons when values equal or less than 0.
Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
You can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Hi @Anonymous,
Thanks for answering.
Too bad you are confirming my suspicion, at least I can say I did my research well.
I did some searching and found someone who already suggested the idea of having the bookmark navigator supporting measure filters, so I voted for the idea. Sadly with only 8 votes up to today. I doubt the idea will be implemented soon.
Best regards,
Peter
