Navigating through relationships

Hi community!   I have a fairly basic question I can't wrap my head around.   Here's my object model:   If I try to put in a table User ID, Permission Set Assignment ID, Permission Set ID...

    @Hi Silex_BI ,

    Change the following highlited relationship  to otherside (Highlited arrow should be in to other side).

"Cannot determine the relationship between the fields" 

Also I have tried making the relationships bidirectionnal but it still did not work
