NPS display when it's just passive scores

We use below calculation for NPS.  However, whenever someone selects just one response and that response happens to be a 7 or 8, then the visual doesn't really show anything.  Any ideas on how to best show this on a visual?  There really wouldn't be an NPS because it's based off of 7's and 8s.  Then see below how the one response shows "see details" vs

I am not sure how you do things, so I can't really tell, could you please share a copyable sample dataset, so I can test my suggestions?
