NPS Score

  Below is how our company calculates NPS ...I am trying to build a measure to do this calculation, but I continue to get 7 as the NPS ,but when I manually calculate I get 14     (show 42% promoters...

    jcastr02 here is the fix and now NPS Score is 14.29. Missing that we not to exclude blanks when using <= 6

     

    NPS Score 30 Day TEST = 
VAR _advocates=CALCULATE(countrows(NPS),NPS[Score]>=9) --6
VAR _detractors = CALCULATE(countrows(NPS),NPS[Score]<=6, NOT ISBLANK(NPS[Score])) --4
VAR _totalresponses =CALCULATE(countrows(NPS),NOT(isblank(NPS[Score])))  --14
RETURN  DIVIDE(_advocates - _detractors, _totalresponses)*100
