NOT able to access my PBI community account anymore

Hi All,

My organization has migrated from On-premises account to Office365 recently. 

After this migration, I am not able to login to PBI community from my old UserName, it says "Account deleted or does not exist".

My old account was active since mid 2016, in this community. 

I have created a new UserName with the same office email ID, I have NO history in my account now.

Please suggest,  what went wrong and how can we retrieve back older account.

Office Admin team has no clue on this.

According to your description, I think your scenario is more related to migration and backend processing.
I'd like to suggest you contact office 365 support and power bi community admin for further support to fix this issue that appears after tenant migration.
