N:N Relationships with Intersect entity not showing proper data in visual

I have 3 tables in Power Query Editor that have the relationships setup correctly in the model area. There are 3 tables:

1) Activity

2) ActivityPerson (Intersect Entity)

3) Person

I am trying to display, for example

id     Activity | Person

1      went to mall     |   Mike Smith

2      went to mall     |   John Doe

The ActivityPerson stores the activityid and the personid only, no other fields. However, when I create my visualizations, they don't seem to be displaying the proper setup. I.e., if I have a Table visualizer for people and Activity Slicer, it doesn't filter down to the right people. Any ideas what's going on here?

Can you upload some sample data?  onedrive works well

I can't post to OneDrive, but I extracted some data and changed the names, etc....Let me know if this works.
