Mysql connector installation issue

Hi,

I have installed latest .net framework version and also (I tried latest and previous versions) MySql connector. The installation went smoth w/o any issues but when I open powershell it seems that MySQL connector is not installed. Any ideas what to do? I can't connect my powerbi report to mysql database and the message window contains "MySql.Data.MySqlClient" sentence.
