HI @anishkrissh ,

I think it should similar as 'invoke a stored procedure' in SQL connector, you can invoke your stored procedure in advanced option -> 'SQL statement':

Execute SQL Server Stored Procedure With User Parameter In Power BI 

Notice: stored procedure not able used in directquery mode.
