MySQL database new computer this month report

I am creating computer reports from a MySQL database for labtech (Automate). But there aren't any date tables. Does that mean MySQL overwrites the data when a new computer is added? How do I see how many new computers we've added to the database in the last year/month/weeks/days etc? Is there an internal date table for MySQL? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
