So the problem is that when the data is opened in the transform tab the data is correct and i have selected correct data types for it. But when i load the data sudenly the values change and the data is nothing like the original file. I have attached screenshots. Pls Help.

It's probably just the sorting difference. Power Query preview and data view in the designer may not necessarily have the same sort order. I would add an index column then sort the data by index both in PQ and data view to uniquely identify the records for comparison.
