My Power BI does not refresh!

Hi Team, 

I've put my power BI to refresh to include new data and although no errors are showing, the refresh never completes. It just keeps trying to refresh without ever giving me an update or error note. Can you share if this is a known issue? Am I doing something wrong? Please help!

A bit of additional information would help others help you and perhaps a screenshot for some context.

You've posted this in the Desktop section so are you trying to refresh in the Desktop app? Or is it a scheduled refresh in the Service? What is your data source? What connector are you using? 

Have you tried refreshing an individual table only?

Hello! I'm doing a manual fresh in the desktop app and it just continues to cycle. For the scheduled refreshes there are no issues and the data will refresh there but when I download the BI into the desltop version it does not complete the refresh and just cycles. I have other BIs and don't have this issue in the desktop version so it isn't my account. Data Source: Excel files that live on a sharepoint. What do you mean connector?
