    Anonymous , Multiplication should be done at row level or some grouping , Assuming Conversion Exchange Rate M is also a measure 

     

    example

     

    AVG - Jan 1st EE Avg. Salary DOLLARS M =
    Sumx(Employee, 'Wage Inflation Measures'[AVG - Jan 1st EE Avg. Salary Loc. Currency M]*HRIS_MD_EXCHANGE_RATES[Conversion Exchange Rate M])


    AVG - Jan 1st EE Avg. Salary DOLLARS M =
    Sumx(values(Employee[Manager Level]), 'Wage Inflation Measures'[AVG - Jan 1st EE Avg. Salary Loc. Currency M]*HRIS_MD_EXCHANGE_RATES[Conversion Exchange Rate M])
