Multiple slices and comparisson between them

I have been thinking about a task assigned to me and if it will be easier to just building a small webapp outside Power BI  as I am not even sure if its even possible or it would require a number of not so clean solutions.

Lets say we have data from our car stock and we want to compare diferent slices to show the diferential between them. Let me put it in an incomplete image example:

Using edit interactions I can manage to silce the data for Matrix 1 with Color Matrix1 and Diesel Matrix1 filters and Matrix 2 with Color Matrix2 and Diesel Matrix2 filters. Would it be possible to show on Comparisson Matrix the result of Matrix1 - Matrix2, for example showing the value 10 for Chevrolet in 2015.
