Multiple records in the same column

Good, in the situation shown and for a visualization 'Graph of 100% stacked bars' representing on the X Axis the count of Column 2.

Is it possible that record No. 4 can be viewed as the count of 1 John and 1 Separate Antony?

The solution of separating the record into 2 rows leaving row 4 (4 / John / B) and also creating a new row with: (5 / Antonio / B) is not valid for me.

Column 1Column 2Column N
1DavidA
2JuanB
3AntonioC
4Juan, AntonioB

Thank you!

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

If you separate names by "," in column2, you can try this measure to count names in column2.

Count of Name =
LEN ( MAX ( 'Table'[Column 2] ) )
    - LEN ( SUBSTITUTE ( MAX ( 'Table'[Column 2] ), ",", "" ) ) + 1

 Result is as below.
