Multiple recipients PBI report

Hi,

Could you please advise me on the following problem?

I have a challenge with a one-page report that I need to email to 100+ stores once a week.

Each report(one page) is individual for a particular store and should go only to this store.

I have a PBI PRO licensee without Premium capacity so I cannot set automatic subscription.

Is it possible to set up an automatic process without buying additional licenses?

How could I manage that?

Thanks in advanced,

Br

K.

unless you want to put it out on the internet for everyone to see by exposing it publicly.

you have to measure if the value if the insights are worth it, if they are then assess which licensing model will suit you.   sure you can share it free, just give everyone power bi desktop and they can download the file, but that isn't manageable, governable, scalable, user friendlyetc..  the service comes at a price, otherwise just share it out in excel?

anyone that you share the report with has to have a pro license, unless you have premium capacity and then you can have "free users"  however with a pro license, even a viewer will need a license  to view the report in power bi.
