Is the Variance field the expected result?
I did some calculations and the variance of unique utilization is 3.8025%, the variance of service utilization is 9.8596%, which are different from yours.
3.8025=((7.59-5.64)²+(3.69-5.64)²)/2
If possible, please tell me how your expected result was calculated.
