Multiple measures in ONE visual

Hi Power BI Gurus, 

I created a visual below with multiple measures using another BI platform and wanted to reproduce it in Power BI.

All highlighted measures are dynamically calculated based on a slicer but they are all in ONE visual.

Any custom visual can do this?
