Can you add multiple layers for the ArcGIS Maps Visual with the standard PowerBI license?

The Power BI ArcGIS-plugin has recently been upgraded with multi layer feature:

I am not sure which license do you mean by Standard Power Bi license. But power bi licences (Free, Pro, Premium) is not limiting you from create visuals but restricting you from collaboration with others.
