Multiple data sources in Sharepoint - Maximum size

Hello people!

I am working with multiple data sources from Sharepoint in my PBI desktop application. When I refresh my application, I'm not able to get all the rows from my data sources, only a half of it. Nevertheless, when I work from my computer, it works well.

Do you know if there is a size limit for datasources in Sharepoint, either for one file or all the data sources together?

Here are the sizes of my datasources (Total size ~ 96 MB):

1 excel 92MB

1 excel 2MB

1 excel 700 KB

1 excel 600 KB

1 excel 300 KB

1 excel 150 KB

1 excel 140 KB

1 excel 30 KB

Thanks in advance!!

Isabella

Hi @isamchakur ,

Judging from the file sizes you provided, it should not be the root cause of getting only half of the data after refreshed. Do you apply any filter or slicer into the visuals of the report?

Best Regards

That's weird! No, I am seeing the data directly from the table. I'm sure I'm getting only half of it. Besides, when I save the same file at the computer I'm able to have all the data.
