Multiple Y axes/categories

Hello!

Rght now I'm working on a project regarding creating in powerBI dashboards translated from another, competitive tool.

Is there any way to make a (column) chart with multiple Y axis groups? (basically a (finite) series of charts, grouped according to the measure unit field. In or current tool it is easy to do so, as both X and Y axes are cusstomizable, and the end result, which has to be achieved, looks like this:

(the problem being that the Y axes can't have their upper limit set separately, but at least they are there).

The X axis is a hierarchy that can be drilled down (quarters, months and so on). The Y axis sorts the measures according to their measure unit name, and groups only those that share the same metrics on the same axis. The measure count is finite, and shrinks and expands according to slicers obviously, rarely being more than 6.

How to achieve the same or similar result in PowerBI?

Thank you for all the insights.
