Multiple X-Axis dynamic lines in line graph

I have a chart with dates on X-axis and maintenance costs as a line. I need to indicate, with vertical lines, in which dates there were investment projects to check if there is any maintenance cost reduction after the implementation of the projects. 

Should look like this:

The red lines were inserted manually as constant lines in further analysis tab, but I need the lines to change automatically depending on what kind of service I'm analysing. Is this possible?

@dianarodrigues , I think in constant line you have an option for fx, which means you can use measure, have measure that can change based on selected service and try that
