Multiple SharePoint List Person Fields - Need to Convert All IDs to Names

I'm creating a PowerBI dashboard that will be connected to a SharePoint List. This is being connected to a project request/management system, so there are many person fields, 10 as of now.

What is the best practice for turning all those person fields consumed by PowerBI which currently contain ID numbers, into actual names?

Do I need to setup table using the "User Information List" for each of the 10 person fields and then create a relationship or is there a better way to do this in one pass?

Hi , @Anonymous

According to your description, you want to get the names by ids.

According to your description, what you link should be a SharePoint List, which may contain an ID column, and you want to get the Names of these IDs. First of all, if you have a Name field in the returned person fields, you can extract the Name by "Add Custom Column".

If there is no Name field in the returned person fields, then you may need to obtain all IDs first, and then associate a "User Information List" to obtain the corresponding Name.

Also, creating a new "User Information List" is a good solution in my opinion if you want to fetch a large number of columns.

Finally, if I don't understand what you mean, you can also describe your problem in detail and give me some screenshots, and give me the final result you want.

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
