I created a measure you can have a try.
Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[Column3]),FILTER(Table1,Table1[Column 5] = "Red" && Table1[Column 6] = "Large" && MAX(Table2[Table 2.Column 3])<> BLANK()))
