amitchandak , thank you for your reply. I have seen this video, this is something that I have in mind but I prefer a solution that doesn't require a slicer or filter panel.

So my question remains, is there no other option for displaying multilingual day and month names other than the video tutorial?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    As far as I know, currently the better way to create a multi language report is using a parameter or a slicer in power bi like the video mentioned. You can also refer this simliar video: Multilanguage Multilingual reports in Power BI 

    The build-in calendar in power bi and calcuation could not change with language changes.
