Multilevel Sankey Chart with fixed order

Hello all,

I am trying to build Multilevel Sankey Chart with fixed order.
My problem is that I can't apply Hierarchy.

My dataset is simple :

Hi @AndrejZitnay ,

Thanks for @rajendraongole1's reply!
Unfortunately, Sankey Chart does not have this functionality at the moment. I have tried a few other default and custom visuals, but have not found one that does what you want.
I can provide you with a workaround. I suggest you check this option in File > Options and settings > Options > CURRENT FILE > Report settings:

Then manually drag your existing Sankey Chart to the desired result you want to achieve, and save and publish it. When other users open the report, the visual object will be displayed by default after your manual changes, and any operations they make will not be saved. The next time you open the report, it will still be restored to the state after your manual changes.

Or you can try exploring more custom visual objects and perhaps find an alternative that you are satisfied with.

Hi @AndrejZitnay  - Power BI’s default Sankey chart does not support hierarchical ordering directly.

can you please try custom visuals like:

  • Deneb (highly customizable for hierarchical visualizations)
  • MAQ Software Sankey Chart
  • Sankey Chart by OKViz

Hope this helps.
